Casanis is a lovely French bistro in a stunning historic building in one of Marbella Old Town’s prettiest streets – Calle Ancho. You can dine outside on this pretty pedestrian street, or inside around a beautiful central patio and working well in a cozy dining room. There is also a jungle themed room upstairs, where you can get away from it and enjoy the heat from the large fireplace in the winter months.
There is something magical about Casanis’ setting, the grand old building with bouganvillas growing up the sides, pretty lighting and white table cloths outside on the street and inside around the courtyard. It’s a great place for a romantic meal or to celebrate a special occasion and enjoy the whole experience.
The menu is typically French, with some International influences and always the best ingredients. Starters include oysters, foie gras and snails, main courses include Duck Confit, Beef Wellington and Steak Tartar, accompanied by Belgian fries and a choice of sauces and sides.
